Bolegg Terrace

The Bolegg Terrace is suitable for large scale aviary production.  It features the Vencomatic Sidebelt nests built in the system. It's designed to allow for high density free run commercial egg production as an alternative to cage systems. The Bolegg is capable of higher density than floor systems, and still meets all the United Egg Producers specifications.

The Bolegg Terrace system is an aviary system that allows a producer to use not just the horizontal space in a barn, but also the vertical, while still producing cage-free eggs. Ideal for existing or new barns, the Bolegg Terrace can be retrofitted to typical cage buildings. With an aviary system you can potentially double the space per bird by expanding vertically.

Another impressive feature of this aviary system are the manure belts that run under the nests and perches. It collects any manure, and then removes the manure from the barn, creating a much more desirable environment for both the birds and workers.

The Bolegg encourages the birds to perch and jump. This decreases broodiness and floor eggs while maintaining robust skeletal strength. The Bolegg also uses the standard Vencomatic nest system with the tip floors and egg belts that handle the eggs gently and keep them clean.
