History:

Founded in 1983, Vencomatic quickly established itself as an innovator in automatic nesting systems. The company, founded by Mr. C.A.W. van de Ven, expanded rapidly after introducing the first litter nest into the market. International interest in Vencomatic products has forced frequent expansion of our facilities over the years.
Providing solutions for successful production at (poultry) farm level has been our number one priority. A young team of specialists with a wide range of expertise dedicated to improving and developing new products, makes Vencomatic what it is today: a thriving company, challenging the market with new ideas, and ultimately serving customer needs.

Vencomatic for a worldwide view:

From the start, Vencomatic concentrated one step at a time, on a world-wide presence. To be able to serve the customers effectively, the company looked for local partners. Set up and maintenance of the distribution network has always been one of our highest priorities. As a result of years of co-operation, Vencomatic has established a presence in more than 45 countries with more than 70 experienced distributors. In addition to setting up the distribution network, Vencomatic has also founded several new companies. In 1989 Vencomatic Equipment of Canada was established and in 1992 Vencomatic Inc (USA) was launched to better serve the Americas market. To better serve the merging markets, Vencomatic do Brazil, a sales and production centre, was established in Brazil. More recently, the set up of Vencomatic United Kingdom ensures a long term position in that market.

 

Innovation:

As a leader in the development of innovative solutions to customer concerns, Vencomatic must continually balance technology against investment costs. Improved production efficiency and profitable poultry production are very important goals of our development team. Starting in one market segment, broiler breeders, with one product, an automatic litter nest, Vencomatic brought a full range of products into the market. Since then Vencomatic has expanded to market segments for broiler, layer and turkey breeders, for layers and, most recently, for broilers. Vencomatic uses the newest technology using 3-dimensional developing and designing.

Brain storming  with internal and external specialists allows further improvement of the final products. After in house testing, practical field tests provide information for further improvement.
In last 2 years, the Vencomatic group has brought some very innovative designs and break-through products to the market. Some of these products come from within our own company, like the PSP (Prinzen Special Packer). Some come in co-operation with other companies, like the RED-L system and still others come through further improvement of existing products like the Boleg system. The new BEST system, a multi-tier system for broilers, will really change the perception of housing broilers.

 

Turnkey projects:

Vencomatic strives to become one of the major players in the market of turnkey projects. Since the development, sale and marketing of the Veranda system, the colony system for breeders, the demand from customers for a complete product package has increased. From their own line of products the Vencomatic group can offer you that complete product package. In addition to our well known line of products of nests, slats, and egg transport systems, further examples of complete solutions at farm level are, the Veranda system for breeders using the unique Agro Supply heat exchanger, the new generation of aviary systems like RED-L and Boleg, the wide range of egg packers, graders and tray stackers from Prinzen Machines with emphasis on the new PSP, the manure drying system, which can be used on any manure belt or with the new manure drum, and the BEST multi-tier system. Each of these products is a turnkey project on its own. From nest to BEST, each system is an integration of different, well balanced technologies. Our world wide sales and distribution network is able to provide you with the necessary tools to integrate your existing farms or new construction into the vertical integration chain. Through a close co-operation with the market leaders of feeding and drinking systems, ventilation or even house construction, the Vencomatic group is able to fit together all the necessary parts of the jigsaw puzzle.

 

Flexibility, Quality and Durability:

In order to fulfill the requirements of our customers, the Vencomatic group has remained highly flexible with the product line. Each order, small or large, is handled as a complete project and adapted to fit the needs of both the animals and the poultry managers. The largest space in the Vencomatic complex is devoted to the logistics centre to efficiently prepare and ship complete orders. Throughout our logistics, service or sales centers in the Netherlands, Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil and the UK, the Vencomatic group strives to maintain a close relationship with the final users of our products.
Through the integration of Vencomatic Construction and Bemacom, the latest partner in the group, we are able to combine a major part of the production process.
From metal sheets to stainless steel parts, from detailed assembly to major components, from riveting and welding robots to manual processes, the integrated quality program
serves our customers best. The choice of materials at the earliest stages of design determines, for a most part, the final use of materials. Through years of experience, the Vencomatic group is known for its long lasting installations. The 100% stainless steel packers from Prinzen Machines, the electro-coated undercarriages from Vencomatic or the special air ducts of Agro Supply are some examples of the durable components which are sometimes exposed to a harsh environment. Vencomatic employees are continuously motivated to improve their personal level, as well as that of their teams or of the entire group. Employee training programs and support on an individual level ultimately improves service at the customer level.
